1. In a 9 hour shift one hour is always given for break which includes either a lunch or a dinner break and time for tea breaks. 2. Reliever is always calculated according to the days of the week. For every 7 Guest room attendants there is one reliever. 3. Reliever for the supervisors is calculated in the same way. 4. For every 5 room attendants, there is one floor supervisor. 5.
